結構特點

Structural features

  該電抗器分為三相和單相兩種，均為鐵心干式。

  The reactor can be divided into three-phase reactor and single-phase reactor, both of which are iron core dry type.

  鐵芯采用質優冷軋硅鋼片，經高速沖床沖剪，具有毛刺小、規則均勻、疊片整齊優美，確保電抗器運行低溫升低噪音的性能。

  The iron core is made of high quality cold-rolled silicon steel sheet, which is punched and sheared by the high speed punch press, having small, regular and uniform burrs, orderly and beautiful lamination, and ensuring the performances of low temperature rise and low noise during reactor operation.

  線圈采用質優絕緣導線，經機器繞制，具有平整度好，外型美觀的優點。

  The coil is high quality insulated wire and is wound by a special machine, having the advantages of good flatness and beautiful appearance.

  電抗器在裝配過程中，所有夾件經過防腐蝕處理，關鍵夾件采用無磁材料，并經預烘-真空浸漆-熱烘固化這很好程，使電抗器線圈與鐵芯牢固成一體，減少了運行時溫升及噪聲，有效提高了電抗器品質因數及減少諧波的效果。

  電抗器外形尺寸參考標準柜體尺寸設計，體積小、接線方便，節約了用戶柜體的成本。
